The Acquired Palette offers exquisite original pastel works, vibrant prints, and a variety of art-inspired products that are sure to please you and anyone on your gift-list. While we anticipate you won’t need to return a product, you can reference guidelines below.
Return Policy
I. GENERAL POLICY FOR AUTHORIZATION OF RETURNS
The following policy is effective February 2025 and supersedes other policy versions and notations.
Original Art
Original art is non-returnable after the sale has been fulfilled. Your satisfaction is important, so if your pastel painting has been compromised during your own framing or installation process, please contact the artist for options and/or advice on how to proceed.
Giclee Prints
Giclee prints may be returned within 14 days of receipt if and only if product is damaged. Your full name and a photo of the damaged item is required for processing. Please email theacquiredpalette@gmail.com with “PRINT RETURN” in the subject line. Further instruction will be provided once your return request has been authorized by The Acquired Palette.
Art-Inspired Products
Art-inspired products that are unworn/unused may be returned within 14 days if product is defective upon receipt. Your full name, a photo of the item showing the defective area and a photo of the shipping label is required for processing. Please save all original packaging, and email theacquiredpalette@gmail.com with subject line “PRODUCT RETURN” with your request. Further direction will be provided once your return request has been authorized by The Acquired Palette.
SPECIAL NOTE ON APPAREL: It is recommended that US customers size up for the best fit.
II. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for return shipping logistics and cost, unless otherwise communicated by The Acquired Palette. A prepaid shipping label is not provided by The Acquired Palette at this time.
III. REFUNDS
For returns that have been authorized by The Acquired Palette, a refund may be issued in most cases, and every effort will be made so that it is processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
IV. EXCHANGES
On occasion, a product exchange may be necessary. These requests will be handled on an individual basis so that every effort for customer satisfaction is achieved.
