How are your shipping charges determined?

All giclee prints and art-inspired products are custom-made. Orders are fulfilled working with several approved vendors, and The Acquired Palette is charged every time there is an order. To mitigate waste and avoid passing on excessive shipping charges to customers, standard shipping charges are applied across product categories.

How soon will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders are typically processed on the same business day they are received. During certain seasons or other periods of high volume, it may take up to three (3) business days to process your order. The custom-making of your order happens from there - allow three (3) to five (5) business days to make your item(s), and then your order is dispatched for shipping.

I ordered multiple items; will they come in one package?

If you ordered items in different product categories, your items will come separately. For example, if you ordered a crossbody bag, a giclee print, and an organic cotton t-shirt, you will receive three separate packages.

I need my order sooner; can you help me?

It is understandable that sometimes, you suddenly realize you just need your purchase earlier than you thought! Please use the contact form to identify your shipping need after your purchase, and you will be contacted at the earliest convenience with the best solution for your need.

Currently, orders through this website are only fulfilled for buyers within the United States.
